NEXIVA TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD is looking for a smart, research-driven, and result-oriented Lead Generation Specialist who can identify potential business opportunities across India and international markets.
We are not just an IT service provider — we partner with businesses to drive growth through technology, automation, digital transformation, and strategic implementation solutions.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Generate high-quality B2B leads from India & global markets
• Research and identify potential clients, founders, decision-makers, and business opportunities
• Build targeted prospect databases using modern lead generation strategies
• Execute outreach through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and business networking platforms
• Work closely with sales and business development teams
• Maintain lead pipelines and CRM records professionally
• Understand client pain points and align relevant business solutions
🔹 Required Skills & Expertise:
• Minimum 1+ years of experience in Lead Generation or B2B Outreach
• Strong understanding of IT services and technology solutions
• Hands-on knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hunter.io, CRM tools, email outreach tools, and research platforms
• Excellent communication and fluent English skills
• Strong analytical thinking and market research ability
• Understanding of international client acquisition strategies will be an added advantage
• Candidates with sales closing capability will be highly preferred
